WebHighway 2 is a pretty drive, like many of Montana's mountain highways. IMHO, however, it doesn't compare to GTTS. Like "dad" said, one simply never tires of the vistas. You can drive it over and over, and always see something new. I'd suggest taking GTTS and taking advantage of the pull-offs for extra photo ops and wildlife sightings.
