WebCollege isn't for everyone. If you were studying art you would have dropped a lot of money into a degree that wouldn't even help you get a job once you had a degree. Go get a job. Live a real life (as opposed to college). And, you can always go back if you find out that life without a college degree is too shitty to handle. The problem is the simple fact that the damage happened in the first place makes it obvious that you have several flaws in your character and/or attitude.
